Settle into your sound.

Audio troubleshooting

• Check your device volume and confirm that the silent mode, Focus mode, or another audio setting is not preventing playback.
• Stop and restart the ambient world if audio is interrupted or a layer is not audible.
• If audio is too quiet, check the individual layer levels and your device’s output volume.
• For background or locked-device playback, start playback in Brezal and check that your device’s audio output is available. Other apps, calls, alarms, or system settings may interrupt playback.

Sound worlds and layers

Brezal includes water-centered ambient worlds such as Rainy Cabin, Ocean Night, Forest River, Mountain Stream, Waterfall, Rain on Window, Rain on Tent, Lake Shore, Tropical Rain, and Rocky Coast. You can customize available layers such as rain, waves, rivers or streams, wind, fireplace, thunder, and other environmental sounds.

Sleep timer

Use the sleep timer in the player when you want playback to stop after the selected duration. If the timer does not behave as expected, stop and restart playback, then set the timer again.

Purchases and Brezal Pro

Brezal Pro is available through monthly auto-renewing and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as a lifetime one-time purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple account according to Apple’s subscription rules.

Restore Purchases

Use Brezal’s Restore Purchases option while signed in to the Apple account used for the eligible purchase. If Brezal Pro is not recognized, confirm that account, restart Brezal, and try restoring again. Avoid purchasing again while troubleshooting a missing entitlement.
