Use of Brezal

Brezal is a water-centered ambient sound service for relaxation, focus, quiet moments, and sleep. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store from which you obtained it.

Brezal is not medical or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on the app for medical, mental-health, sleep, or emergency guidance.

Initial free access

Brezal may provide an initial local free-access period. The free-access state is stored locally on your device and is not an Apple App Store free trial or a RevenueCat subscription trial unless the applicable product configuration expressly establishes one.

Brezal Pro

Brezal Pro may be offered through a monthly auto-renewing subscription, a yearly auto-renewing subscription, and a lifetime one-time purchase. Prices and purchase terms are shown through Apple’s App Store. Payments are processed by Apple, and Brezal does not directly receive or store your Apple payment-card details.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless cancelled according to Apple’s applicable subscription rules. You can manage or cancel them through your Apple account. Use Brezal’s Restore Purchases option for eligible purchases made with the same Apple account.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable Brezal Pro entitlement or features, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the application and service. “Lifetime” does not promise the lifetime of a user, a company, or perpetual operation of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Brezal, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

Brezal, its software, ambient worlds, sound layers, names, visual materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

Brezal and its ambient content may change, be updated, or become unavailable from time to time. Armando Abon may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content as needed.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Brezal is provided for personal entertainment and ambient listening on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Armando Abon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Brezal.
